Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with applicable privacy laws have certain rights as described in our Privacy Policy. To exercise those rights, please submit a request using the information below.

Types of Requests
You may submit the following types of privacy rights requests:
Right to Know: Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the purposes for processing, and the categories of third parties with whom we disclose it.
Right to Access / Data Portability: Request a copy of the specific personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from or about you.
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: Request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
Right to Opt Out of Automated Decision-Making/Profiling: Request that we cease any automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Right to Opt Out of Marketing Communications: Request to unsubscribe from marketing emails, newsletters, phone calls, or text messages.
Right to Obtain a List of Third Parties: Request a list of specific third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information (where applicable under state law).
Appeal a Prior Decision: Appeal our decision on a previous privacy rights request.
Information Required
To process your request, please provide the following information:
Requestor Type
Indicate whether you are the consumer making the request on your own behalf or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a consumer.
Consumer Information
Please provide the following so we can verify your identity: your full name, mailing address, state of residence, telephone number, and email address. For requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, only your email address is required.
Relationship with Us
Please indicate your relationship to HI.DOZO (e.g., guest/customer, job applicant, or other).
Supporting Documentation
If applicable, please attach or email any supporting documents to info@orderhidozo.com. If you are submitting a request as an authorized agent, please include a signed, written authorization from the consumer.
Verification
For all requests other than opt-out requests, we will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against the information in our records. Failure to provide sufficient identifying information may prevent us from processing your request.
Acknowledgment
By submitting a privacy rights request, you declare under penalty of perjury that you are the person identified in the request, or that you are an authorized agent of that person, and that the information you have provided is true and accurate.
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) calendar days of receipt, or as otherwise required by applicable law. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
